We like to call it a booking commitment rather than a booking fee or deposit as we see it as a mutual agreement to make time and space for each other.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we strictly request at least 24hours notice.  

• All booking commitments are to be paid at time of booking at Skóra Studio.

• They are non refundable and can only be used as part payment of your appointment.

• If you cancel your appointment, with the correct notice given, the amount will remain on your file as a commitment for a future appointment at Skóra Studio.

• If you no show, reschedule or cancel your appointment outside of our allocated cancelation period the amount paid will be forfeited, as a break in commitment heavily affects our small business.

• If you are late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you in your allocated time slot. In this case, alterations to your appointment or loss in your booking commitment will appl. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we are happy to waiver your cancellation fee and move the amount to your next appointment.

• By booking with us, you agree to the above terms and are bound to our booking commitment.

• Notification reminders will be sent via text or email prior to your appoinment to help prevent any forgotten appointments.

• We kindly ask that you reply Y to confirm.
